I have sensitive eyes that tear easily, whether I am being emotional or the weather affects them. Wind is the worst. My lashes are a very light brown-blonde and I love wearing mascara to show how long and thick they naturally are. A lot of mascaras do not have a waterproof version. I have tried this top coat and I highly recommend it.
Disclaimer : It has only come off once. When I cried and used about 5 tissues to wipe my face clear of tears. ;-)
